Looking to sell print on demand napkins with your own custom design? Unsure which suppliers to work with? Here are 9 sites to use!
Napkins can be quite confusing to shop for. There is quite a variety for you to choose from and all comes in different sizes! Some sites may even have both cloth and paper napkins which are bundled and sold differently.
It’s also important to note that napkins are different than tissue papers! Napkins are generally used for wiping your hands and mouth when dining, while the latter can be used for any purpose.
In this article, I’ll be sharing 9 fulfillment sites you can use to design custom printed napkins and the types of napkins they offer. To make things easier, I’ve also included their list of integrations and other kitchen products you can sell.

9 Best Print On Demand Napkins
1. Printify
If you’re planning to sell a wide selection of products and napkins is just one of them, Printify is the best fulfillment to work with. There’s more than 800 products to choose from on Printify but for the purpose of sticking to a single niche for your shop, it’s best to sell kitchenware and home décor only!
For napkins, there are two types to choose from, which is a white coined napkin (paper) or a polyester napkin. Printify’s white coined napkin comes in two sizes (listed below) and is sold as a pack of 50 or 100 units. The polyester napkin on the other hand, is sold as a set of four.
If you’re looking to start a sustainable print on demand store, selling polyester napkins would be a great idea. The material is soft and machine washable! The white coined napkins are made of certified sustainable papers nevertheless.
Generally, I would recommend Printify to beginners in print on demand as their catalog is affordable and wide-ranging – PLUS they offer simple integrations with Etsy or Shopify. You can save even more with the Printify Premium plan (up to 23%) but only get that once you make enough profit to cover the cost!
Types of napkins you can design:
- White coined paper napkins (Packs of 50 or 100)
- Luncheon napkins (6.5″ x 6.5″)
- Beverage napkins (4.8″ x 4.8″)
- Polyester napkins (19″ x 19″)
- 4-piece set

2. Gooten
If you’re not a beginner in print on demand and have a ready shop to sell on, Gooten is an excellent fulfillment to work with. You’ll need to fill up a form stating your experience in POD when applying for an account with Gooten and get their approval.
They don’t carry as many products as Printify but their catalog covers the basics!
For napkins, Gooten only offers a single type of cloth napkin. They come in a single base color (white) and is available in two sizes (refer below). The edges are hemmed and the prints are said to be fade-resistant.
Although napkins are pretty straightforward products to design, Gooten still provides PSD and JPG templates for you to refer to. Each product has it’s own templates to download for specific printing areas (just like in the image below).
Types of napkins you can design:
- Cloth napkins
- Cotton napkins (10″ x 10″)
- Cotton napkins (22″ x 22″)

3. Zazzle
Don’t want to go through the hassle of setting up a stand-alone ecommerce shop and prefer to sell on a print on demand marketplace? Zazzle is the only one on this list that allows you to do so.
Unlike other marketplaces, Zazzle offers a wide range of products you can sell your designs on and lets you offer personalization to customers.
Most products on Zazzle can be personalized to include quotes and initials. For napkins, you can change names and even add your own photo/image to a ready design.
There are several napkin products you can choose from on Zazzle including luncheon, cocktail and dinner napkins (list down below). Most designs can be optimized for these different products at different prices. Some napkins are sold as a set of 50 while others are sold individually as a single piece.
Here’s a sample of Zazzle’s printed napkins that I personalized with my initials!

4. Printed Mint
Although Printed Mint has a simple interface and not too popular, it has quite a nice range of products including unique mugs, candles and even pet accessories!
The cloth napkins come in a pack of two which makes it a bit more expensive than Printify. However, it is sized slightly bigger by one inch so that’s something to consider.
What makes Printed Mint stand out against other common print on demand providers is that you can customize your product’s packaging to include product labels, colored crinkle papers and different ribbon styles.
You may not necessarily need these customizations when selling napkins but they can come handy if you decide to differentiate against other sellers in the market!
Printed Mint is one of the fulfillment suppliers on Printify but not all of their products are available on Printify’s catalog. So, if you want to sell their napkins like the ones down below, you’ll have to source it directly from their site.
You can still integrate your Etsy or Shopify store to Printed Mint and sell with automation!
Types of napkins you can design:
- Luncheon napkins (6.5″ x 6.5″) – set of 100
- Beverage napkins (4.75″ x 4.75″) – set of 100
- Cloth napkins (20″ x 20″) – set of 2

Don’t mind paying a higher price for premium printed napkins? You should consider selling napkins with Contrado.
There’s only a single type of napkin you can design with Contrado but you can choose from three types of material. This includes cotton, silk satin and polyester – prices should differ for each!
With Contrado, you can choose how many napkins you want to sell in a pack and it starts from a single unit! Sell them as a single napkin, or in packs of 2/4/6/8/10/50 depending on your audience’s preference.

6. Bags Of Love
Want to work with a print on demand UK company so you can pay in GBP (British Pounds)? Bags Of Love is the one for you. Although they have their own website, BOL is actually a brand under Contrado.
BOL’s products are locally printed in the UK hence they can ensure fast shipping times within the UK. Prices are slightly on the higher end as they share the same premium quality as the parent company.
Just like Contrado, there’s not many choices of napkins on BOL aside from the custom printed cloth napkin down below. They offer the same features as Contrado’s napkins!
The good thing about BOL is that you can add photos using their ready collage templates and make something unique for yourself or loved ones.
Remember to use their UK link so you get to purchase in GBP or Canada link to purchase in CAD. Their main link would charge you in USD.

7. For Your Party
If you’re looking for a ready design to order for your own event, consider getting them on For Your Party. There’s a variety of napkins and designs for you to choose from and you can browse by occasions (as picture below).
Other than the usual luncheon and dinner napkins, you can customize guest hand towels and cocktail napkins. For Your Party also offers custom photo napkins if you like that feature from Bags Of Love.
Ready napkin designs on For Your Party are chic and minimalist, with a lot of base colors to choose from. You can choose any of the designs, change the product base colors and select your preferred imprint foil colors. There’s an option for shiny foils, matte foils and satin foils.
Here’s a sample I’ve made with one of their ready designs and added customization to my liking. The price of $124 is for a quantity of 200 pieces which makes it about $0.62 per piece – not too bad!
You can easily place the same design on other products they’ll recommend at checkout.

8. Print Canada Store
Selling primarily to an audience based in Canada? Look no further than using your home base printing service.
Although there isn’t a lot of product options you can explore with Print Canada Store, they have a good selection of products meant for events and gifting. This includes wedding products, personalized gifts, corporate souvenirs and baby items.
There are ready designs you can choose from and it spans through more than 15 event categories. You can also upload your own design once you add the product to your cart.
The only thing to consider is that you have to order a minimum of 50/100 units for napkins, which is quite practical. Different types of napkins and products are subjected to different minimum ordering quantity (MOQs).

9. Imprint
The selection of custom printed napkins on Imprint is quite similar to the ones on Print Canada Store. I personally like their website better thanks to the newer or slightly modern interface.
User experience is important for ecommerce! The website is very simple to use if you’re the type to get confused easily. Aside from the usual napkins, Imprint also offers a linen-like material for their beverage and dinner napkins.
Just select the type of napkin you want to design, choose the color of the napkin and quantity you want then customize it. You can customize your napkins in four ways – by uploading a design file, use Imprint’s built-in design tool, browse their ready designs or by submitting your design after checking out.
Customers can also ask for a digital proof by paying an extra $10 which would get Imprint’s art team to send you a photo of the final product for approval. Only once you’ve approved the sample will they process the order.
On Imprint, you will have to choose the location where you want your order to be fulfilled. Orders are automatically set to be fulfilled in China which would be cheaper than the USA.
For the linen-like napkins like the one in photo below, you will have to add $0.19 per piece for the order to be fulfilled in the USA. This would change the total amount you have to pay to $28.50 (USA) instead of $23.75 (China) – for a MOQ of 25 units.
Types of napkins you can design:
- Beverage napkins
- Luncheon napkins
- Dinner napkins
- Linen-like napkins
- Foil-printed napkins
- Full color napkins
- Blank colored napkins
