Town Hall 6 is when you get to unlock the Healer. She’s a powerful troop, and you can practice multiple armies with her help.

Before diving into the best armies for Town Hall 6, we’d like to recap your maximum army capacity at this Town Hall level. In Town Hall 6, you can have 150 Troop Capacity, 4 Spell Capacity, and 20 Clan Castle Capacity.Make sure to max out your troop levels for the best results.

Giant Wizard Healer

As mentioned earlier, you’ll have access to the Healer troop once you reach Town Hall 6. The Healer isvery reliable, and it’s highly recommended to get some practice with her as you’ll also see the Healer in higher Town Hall levels.

OPTIONAL: If you have access to Clan Castle Troops, you should request Giants or Wizards to strengthen your army.
  1. Check for Clan Castle troops and use your Wizards to take care of them, if any.

  2. Your main goal is to send in your Giants, backed with Wall Breakers, a few Wizards, and Heal Spells, to destroy one of the two enemy Air Defenses.

  3. Once you have destroyed one of the Air Defenses, you can send in the rest of your Wizards and the Healers behind your Giants.

  4. Deploy your Healers in the direction away from the remaining Air Defense. We must keep our Healers as far away from the Air Defense as possible.

  5. The Healers will keep your Giants healthy throughout the attack, which is vital as your Giants are acting as a meat shield for your Wizards.

  6. If protected correctly, your Wizards will clean up the rest of the base.

Giant Healer Balloons

In the second version of the Giant Healer combination, we will be using Balloons and Lightning Spells instead of what we used earlier. For this attack strategy, your army composition should look like this:

OPTIONAL: If you have access to Clan Castle Troops, you should request Balloons or a Dragon to strengthen your army.
  1. Check for Clan Castle troops and use your Archers to take care of them, if any.

  2. Town Hall 6 bases have two Air Defenses. We will use all of our Lightning Spells to destroy one of the Air Defenses and the second one with our Giants.

  3. After using all our spells on one of the Air Defenses, deploy all the Giants on the side where the second Air Defense is located.

  4. Use Wall Breakers and some Wizards to support your Giants. Expect to lose some Giants in the process.

  5. Once the second Air Defense is removed, drop your Healers behind your Giants.

  6. Finally, we will use our Balloons to destroy the remaining defenses and help clean up. Try deploying your Balloons to take out any remaining Archer Towers.

Zap Mass Balloons

The third army we’ll cover doesn’t involve Healers but is still incredibly effective at this Town Hall level. To execute the Zap Mass Balloons, your army composition should look like this:

OPTIONAL: If you have access to Clan Castle Troops, you should request Balloons or a Dragon to strengthen your army.

  1. Check for Clan Castle troops and use your Archers and Wizards to take care of them, if any.

  2. Town Hall 6 bases have two Air Defenses. We will use all of our Lightning Spells to destroy one of the Air Defenses and the second one with our Balloons.

  3. Once the first air defense is taken care of, we will send 12-14 Balloons in a line to try and take care of the second Air Defense.

  4. If the Air Defense has successfully been taken care of, we will use our remaining Balloons to take out other air-attacking buildings, such as the Archer Tower and the Wizard Tower.

  5. Deploy your remaining Balloons near these buildings. Sending them in groups of three to four should suffice.

  6. Use the rest of your Archers, Goblins, and Wizards to clean up the rest of the base.

Giant Balloons Zap

The fourth army is another army that will exclude the Healers. Instead, we’ll be mixing in Giants with lots of Balloons. The crucial part of this army is the Lightning Spells. For this attack strategy, your army composition should look like this:

  1. Check for Clan Castle troops and use your Archers to take care of them, if any.

  2. Town Hall 6 bases have two Air Defenses. We will use all of our Lightning Spells to destroy one of the Air Defenses and the second one with our Giants.

  3. We will deploy all of our Giants on the side of the remaining Air Defense, supporting them with Wizards and Wall Breakers.

  4. While the Giants are taking care of the Air Defense, we will start deploying Balloons on the opposite side of the base, as we’ve already used our Lightning Spells to destroy the Air Defense on the other side.

  5. Deploy these Balloons as close to outer Archer Towers as possible to eliminate the remaining air threat.

  6. Finally, deploy the rest of your Archers and Goblins to clean up the rest of the base.

Classic Giant Wizards

The final attack strategy is an old-school one, which was very popular back then. Despite it being old, there’s still a reason why it was so popular; because it’s very effective. For this attack strategy, your army composition should look like this:

OPTIONAL: If you have access to Clan Castle Troops, you should request Giants or Bowlers to strengthen your army.
  1. Check for Clan Castle troops and use your Archers to take care of them, if any.

  2. We’re going to start with the funneling of our troops. To do this, we’ll place two to three Giants and Wizards on the left and right side of where you are attacking from. These troops will clear the outer buildings, so your remaining troops will go to the middle core of the base.

  3. While your side troops are funneling, start deploying your main force, the remaining Giants, followed by Wall Breakers and all your Wizards.

  4. If done correctly, your primary group will have a nice path to the center of the base. When your Giants start dropping below half health, place a Heal Spell to keep them healthy.

  5. While your Giants are tanking, your Wizards will start clearing the buildings around the base and support your Giants.

  6. Keep paying attention to the health of your Giants, and use your second Heal Spell when necessary.
